JoeBay U watched the business grow along with the headache of attempting to create a mini-Amazon service without a computer, and offered services tailored to the interest and skill level of the owner. Over the years, JoeBay U worked with the owner to create a fulfillment system built with Filemaker Pro and tailored specifically to the owner's needs and designs. The database system has evolved steadily with the growing understanding and competency of the owner. The ownership and management of the web site was taken in-house, using macwebsitebuilder as the digital tool. JoeBay U created the learning environment for this owner to take full control of the design, update, management and evolution of her business using these off-the-shelf digital tools to create value, efficiency, customer satisfaction.
