The Orcas Island lands manager for the San Juan County Land Bank took a short course from JoeBay U to learn how to prepare a photo display to be presented in the alcove at the Orcas Island Public Library. The course took place at the JoeBay U campus, where Adobe "In Design" was used to add text to the bottom of photos in order to educate the public regarding the protection goals and mission of the SJC Land Bank.
